Introduction Blog

Hello Everyone!

My name is Nate Muniz. I am originally from New Jersey but currently live in Idaho. I am working as a Law Enforcement trainee with the United States Forest Service through Environment for the Americas as a resource assistant.

Currently I am working with the Boise National Forest learning from a great mentor and Law Enforcement officer. I graduated college in May of 2020 from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey where I received a degree in environmental sustainability and sports administration.

After college I headed across the country to Utah where I worked in the beautiful Uinta’s as a recreation ranger for Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. I am very grateful for this amazing opportunity to learn from conservation professionals in this agency. I look forward to growing and developing the skills needed to have a successful career in public lands Law Enforcement.
