11 Jul Introduction: Delaney Caslow (she/her)

Greetings! My name is Delaney Caslow, and I am working as an Outreach, Recruitment, and Workforce Diversity Resource Assistant with the Forest Service in Region 5 (California). I am working out of the Regional Office in Vallejo, CA, but am currently working virtually from Berkeley, CA where I am currently living.

Originally, I am from the Atlanta, Georgia area where I have been living my whole life. It has been really exciting getting to drive across the country to my site and explore California.

I am so grateful to have been chosen for the Resource Assistants Program (RAP) because I know that I am going to learn so much from this experience. Being able to work for a federal agency and with professionals in the field is so valuable to both personal and professional growth. Additionally, I am looking forward to being able to interact with the public, help recruit new employees, and help to diversify the workforce.
