Proclamation Tree at Trail of 100 Giants

Howdy, Everybody!!!

My name is Gregory Lujano I’m writing to you from Kernville, California, home to the Sequoia National Forest and the Kern River. I’m participating in the Resource Assistant Program as a Recreation Management Intern with the US Forest Service, sponsored by Environment for the Americas (EFTA).

I’m originally from San Antonio, Texas, which is located deep in the heart of Texas. I also recently just graduated with my master’s degree in Geography (Geographic Information Science) at Texas State University at San Marcos.

I would like to thank EFTA for providing me this opportunity to work with the Forest Service as well as getting hands on experience to with a federal agency. As well as traveling to one of the largest forest districts in Region 5 California.

Thank Y’all and Let’s Get to Work.
