04 Nov A Day In My Position
As a Resource Assistant at the Mark Twain National Forest, I always have the opportunity to dive into new and exciting. However, as Recreation Technicians, we still have a responsibility to do our daily tasks, such as picking up unwanted debris in our recreation sites. This includes our restrooms, beaches, campsites, and rivers. This can sound gross or mundane, but there’s always a benefit to working with the National Forest, and the wonderful sites that the Mark Twain National Forest has to offer are one of them. This picture was taken at our beautiful recreation site, Council Bluff Beach.
