07 Nov Saguaro Orientation Week

Orientation Week has ended. and what a long week it has been. It is surreal to think that from now on, we will be joining the population of desert peoples already here at the Saguaro National Park. We, the crew, have finally completed WFA certification, CPR, and AED training. While many of us are still adjusting to the swing of early mornings, we are just starting to get to know this place and the people who live and work here. With orientation out the way, the real fun of a daily Sonoran existence has arrived. As the first blog for this internship, I am looking forward to sharing and reading about our experiences here. Lastly, Happy Halloween everyone!
