Saguaro Youth Corps takes on Superstition Mountain

At the top of the mountain!

Can say I hiked superstition mountain in TEVAS, do not recommend it.

We had a fun time hiking up Superstition mountain. I personally moved here from somewhere in California that was 10′ elevation to moving here and hiking up 5000, what a difference I felt. We stayed hydrated and took many snack breaks along the way. Only 3/5 of us made it to the top of the hill which in total made the hike 9 hours long. We were unaware that we would literally be climbing the mountain (hence me wearing tevas) and took good care of each other along the way. Overall a good bonding experience and practice for long hikes!
