Life of a Law Enforcement Inter Part 2

It’s been over a month and since then I experienced so much exciting and interesting things. I assisted with a search and rescued of a 14-year kid and at the conclusion of that, he was reunited with his family and friends. I also had an opportunity to attend an advance de-escalation training for two days in Prescott, Arizona. The training helped me with how to communicate effectively and resolve issues people have in the safest way possible. Going out in the field is the most exciting part of this internship because every day you experience something new. It’s a thrilling experience because you never know what is going to happen in the desert.
